“The neurotransmitter release machinery: an update”
Abstract: In my talk I will summarize our current understanding of the SNARE-based neurotransmitter release machinery, with examples of some key experiments and findings that helped us move forward. Then I will cover our current efforts to understand how mutational insult to this machinery leads to disease.
