Evening's program
Tonight's theme is "Beautiful Mind," and we will host two scientists:
🧑🔬️ Birgitte Kornum (Associate Professor and Group Leader at the Department of Neuroscience, University of Copenhagen) will talk about mechanisms in the brain responsible for recovery after sickness.
🧑🔬️ Sara Elgaard Jager (Postdoc at the Department of Neuroscience, University of Copenhagen) will talk about what happens when pain turns chronic and discuss the use of gene therapy as a potential treatment in the future.

This single event is part of the global science festival Pint of Science, taking place on 22-24 May 2023. And, this year, for the first time, also in Copenhagen 🎉🎊🍻

Each evening doors open at 19:00 and talks start at 19:30.
