Title: The neuropsychology of face recognition: from experimental details to phenomenological wholes

Abstract: During the talk Dr. Romero-Ramos will discuss what can we learn by studying peripheral immune cells in people with Parkinson’s disease (PD).  She will present data supporting a differential immune response in PD subtypes, stages and sex, while reflecting what are the mechanisms behind that differences. To do so she will describe her lab’s work in rodent PD models and those using human bio samples.
