We spend a third of our lives asleep. That magical, mysterious state of hibernation, where our senses are turned off, our consciousness is suspended, and our bodies regenerate. So how do you get a good night's sleep amidst the modern noise?

Professor Birgitte Rahbek Kornum discusses sleep with Simon Stefanski as the host.
